Where’s my video?
If you missed the confirmation page, you also will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after your order, which has a link to your downloads. Your video will remain on the site for a year with 5 potential downloads so if you lose it or want to re-download it to another computer you can log in and get it.
From our home page, click the "Log In" link at the top left. Select the "My Account" link also located at the top left. Then click the "View" button of the date of the order in question and there you'll find your download(s). You can also print your invoice if you need to.
My download didn’t work the first time. Can I try it again?
Yes. The link to the downloadable product will remain on the site for a year with 5 potential downloads so if you lose it or want to re-download it to another computer you can log in and get it.

Can I project these videos on a screen and still get high quality?
Yes. In most cases the video will look just as good as a DVD-quality video—especially for audiences viewing the presentation from a distance under house lights. However, keep in mind you are at the mercy of your church projector, which will not be as powerful as the typical movie theater projector. Also, you’ll need to factor in ambient lighting during the presentation and adjust accordingly.
How do I download the visual media I ordered?
After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation page with links to the media that you purchased. Click the “download” link for the video you wish to download and in the small pop up window select “save”, which will download the file to your computer.
If your browser doesn't give you the option to save here is another method:
RIGHT CLICK the link for the format you wish to download, in the small menu that appears select “save target as”, which should begin the download.
How long does it take to download a video?
Keep in mind that video file sizes are larger than other downloads and your download time will be longer and will vary based on the video file size and your connection speed. If you have a high speed Internet connection, downloading will be fairly quick.
What's the format / resolution of the video I'll download?
We provide a 640x480 high-quality video MPEG-1 file, which is the most widely compatible, supported video format around that will work with both PC and Mac based programs. If you’re using a PC, we suggest Windows Media Player for playback. If you're using a Macintosh, we suggest the Apple Quick Time player.
Can I use your video in PowerPoint?
Yes! While there are some limitations (doesn’t allow text over motion backgrounds), most people have the software and are fairly familiar with it. To insert media into your powerpoint presentation: Open a new or existing PowerPoint presentation. From the Insert Menu select Movies and Sounds and choose “Movie from a File.”
I have downloaded a video, why won't it play correctly in my player?
We attempt to keep high-quality video files available to you. It’s likely an update of your media player will correct the problem.Here are links to update your media players:

Can I redownload a video without being charged again?
Your video will remain on the site for a year with 5 potential downloads so if your computer crashes or you accidentally delete the file, you can log in and redownload.
If you experience an issue with downloading or your downloads are lost due to a computer error we will be happy to reset the download count for you so you can download free of charge. Just contact us HERE.
What are .ZIP files and how do I open them?
Zip files are compressed files that make downloading from the BeamerFilms.com store faster and more efficient.
Once your file is downloaded, simply double click it and it will open. In the unlikely event that your file does not open, you may need the free "stuffit expander" which can be downloaded HERE.

How do I find content for a certain topic?
There are two different ways to search by topic.
Option 1 - Word Search: There’s a search box found on each page. Just type the word you’re looking for and viola! Relevant media will be displayed.
Option 2 - Search by Topic: In the right sidebox titled “Categories” click on the link “Search By Topic”. Select the topic of your choice and relevant media will be displayed.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account at BeamerFilms.com for free. To do so, click the "Log In” link at the top left corer of BeamerFilms.com, then provide your log in information and select the “submit” button.
Do I receive a receipt from BeamerFilms.com?
Immediately after submitting your order receipts are emailed to the address the account is registered under. If you do not receive one we would suggest checking spam or junk mail folders/filters.
If you still do not see your receipt you can Log In and simply press the “My Account” link at the top right of BeamerFilms.com
Do you recommend a specific media presentation software?
Every church or organization must decide what method is best for them. Many companies provide free demos of their presentation software, like Sunday Plus, Media Shout or Easy Worship. We recommend downloading multiple versions and and testing which software package is right for you.
What are my rights once I purchase a video?

Can I make copies of the media?
Yes, but there are some limitations. Read full End User License Agreement HERE.
How do I get a refund?
We want to do anything possible to make your experience at BeamerFilms.com a great one. We offer a full video stream for all of our content so you can be sure what you're getting and if it fits your need. If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, however, please contact Customer Care, and we'll see how we can help you.

We're interested in high-quality visual media and would love to review your media submission. Just email us your name and contact information HERE and we’ll work out a way to view your work.
Why can't I view the video previews on your website?
In order to view our video previews correctly you may need to update your flash player.

If you have a pop-up blocker please make sure it is off while you install. After you install please restart your browser and then you should be able to see everything.
How can I retreive my password?
Click the "Log In" icon in the top left corner of BeamerFilms.com. You can have your password automatically e-mailed to you by clicking "Forgot your password?" and then enter your email address.
Keep in mind that if you are using a SPAM blocker you will need to add the following e-mail addresses to your account in order to receive your e-mailed password: admin@BeamerFilms.com.
